Items must be in their original, unused condition and accompanied by the original sales receipt to qualify for processing.

Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that all hardware, tools, or leather hides are protected to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or hand it to your store associate if returning in person.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
